Arts Organizations:

If you are an arts organization looking to get word out about your event, TYAL is an excellent place to do so. We show listings at no charge to either you or our viewers, providing you with a way to reach hundreds of interested youth across Toronto at absolutely no cost. When sending your posting, please make sure that it satisfies the following criteria:

  • Provides a way for youth to get involved in the arts (a good guideline is that it generally fits into one of these criteria: audition, job, internship, volunteer opportunity, program, contest, request for proposal, call for submissions, contest, OR it involves a chance to use artistic skills)
  • If your listing is an event, the event must be either free, PWYC or have a discounted student rate
  • Takes place in the GTA
  • Is accessible to youth between the ages of 16-24 (has to cover part of that bracket, although it doesn’t necessarily have to be open to all age groups)

Your posting must also provide the following information:

  • The name and contact information of the person interested readers should follow up with
  • The deadline to submit applications by
  • A website (if applicable)

If your posting meets all of these requirements, please send your posting exactly as you’d like it to appear to Nina Iordanova at nina@tyal.ca with the subject “TYAL Arts Posting.”
